Whats Working:
Well it has been a long winter but trout fishing season is finally here. The Wildlife Commission has again started stocking the Delayed Harvest Waters for Catch and Release fishing. This is a great place to catch numbers of fish and different types of fish. The Wildlife Commission stocks good numbers of Brook,Rainbow and Brown trout. Hatchery Supported waters opened for fishing April 5th and Wild Trout Waters are open all year.

Tips, Stories, Info:
April is the month we start to see some insect activity. Hatches that are strong early in the Spring are the Quill Gordon and the tan-brown Caddis.Recommended flies are Quill Gordon,Royal Wulff,Royal Coachman and Elk Hair Caddis all in sizes #14 and #16.Good luck and Great Fishing.
